Having so much fun learning, networking and connecting with everyone at here in Nashville 🤠 + testing out and demoing all the automations and softwares that we’re about to add in personally, from some of the best vendors. WOW they are UNREAL!! Makes me wonder wt*** I’ve been doing without them in my airbnb biz.

I’ll share shortly all the ins/outs but this is your reminder: Don’t be like me, you cant do it all — don’t come at me. I know because I’ve been there and with education, correct automations, softwares and right mindset. YOU WILL MOVE MOUNTAINS!!

FOR SALE!! We’re sad to share we’ve decided to sell 1847 — she’s a beauty and was such a fun project/flip! I can’t wait to watch her shine with new owners!!

This home, barn + land is something truly beautiful with so much history but after serious thought, we put the tiny home builds on pause, (SOMEONE PLEASE BUILD) happy to talk plans too 🌲🏠 — overall this was a hard decision but tbh, we are shifting a lot of focus on our large project here in Charlotte!!

👋🏼 We’re The Southern Host(s) - your fave airbnb fam, we hope! 🙃 Been awhile since introductions and we have a new mini assistant, Dutton. *He’s in training* 🤣😂

We started this STR adventure by renting out our old home in Charlotte, NC when we moved away and to our surprise it did so well and we actually enjoyed hosting so we purchased our next STR and so on, so on and the rest is history!! Now, looking back. We’ve purchased, renovated, flipped + sold 16 homes since. WHAT?!! We’ve also managed, we’ve coached and done all the things “airbnb world” so feel free to reach out with any questions you have.
