MY TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL DISNEY VACATION

1. Mickey Ice Cream Sandwiches: They’re rock hard. Use your molars, not your front teeth.
2. American Adventure Naps: Join the “I took a nap at The American Adventure at EPCOT” club.
3. Tangled Restrooms: Use the themed, magical Tangled restrooms at least once.
4. Drinking Around the World: Don’t overdo it. Maintain your composure to avoid being laughed at.
5. Socializing with Ghosts: When the grim grinning ghosts socialize, join them for a worry-free experience.
6. Walkway Etiquette: Don’t stop in the middle of the walkway. Move to the side, especially with strollers or wagons.
7. Fireworks Viewing: Skip the video. Enjoy the show and take photos of your family watching instead.
8. Beignets at Port Orleans: Get beignets at Port Orleans French Quarter. Worth the trip by any means.
9. Patience with Family: Kids, spouses, and even you will get cranky. Bring patience and empathy.
10. Maintain the Magic: Characters and rides are magical. Don’t spoil the magic for others.
11. Money and Calories: They’re not real at Disney. Indulge freely.
12. Sunscreen: Use high-quality sunscreen and reapply often to protect against the strong Florida sun.
13. Stay Hydrated: Drink water like it’s your job. It’s crucial for a fun trip.
14. Maximize Fun: Disney is all about fun. If you’re not having fun, stop and find something fun to do immediately.

What’s your favorite Disney Park?

Do you love Animal Kingdom? Here’s some suggestions for the day 🦍🐅🐘🦒

Tip of the day: Animal Kingdom is not a “half-day park.” It is definitely worthy of a full day visit.

1. Shows: Don’t miss Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo the Musical, It’s Tough To Be A Bug, and Feathered Friends in Flight.
2. Exploration Trails: Walk the two trails to see a variety of animals and capture great photos. Also, explore the paths under the Tree of Life to spot the many carved animals.
3. Rafiki’s Planet Watch: Take the train to Rafiki’s Planet Watch for an animation class with a Disney animator and pet the goats.
4. Food: Enjoy Satuli Canteen’s signature bowls and grab a giant pretzel with beer cheese from the nearby stand.
5. Interactive Fun: Dance with the Tam Tam Drummers and get a photo with them.
6. Characters: Meet Mickey and Minnie at Adventurer’s Outpost or find characters from Up! around the park.
7. Treats: Try a Simba cupcake at Harambe Market.
8. Play Areas: Play in the Boneyard at DinoLand USA (available for a limited time).
9. Wilderness Explorer: Earn all the badges as a Wilderness Explorer.
10. Macaw Encounter: Watch blue macaws fly over the Tree of Life once per hour and see them up close on the rocks.
11. Spiked Dole Whip: Try some spiked dole whip at Tamu Tamu if you’re into that.
12. Rides: Enjoy excellent rides like Flight of Passage, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Navi River Journey, Expedition Everest, and Kali River Rapids.

Plan a full day to truly explore and enjoy this gem of a park! You will be glad you did.
