One thing I truly enjoy about my job is the ongoing training opporunities to learn more about different destinations and travel partners. Today, I attended webinars that taught me how to see Switzerland by rail journey, which destinations in New Zealand were used to film Lord of the Rings as we celebrate the "25th anniversary of Middle Earth," and what sets the Riviera river cruise line apart.

I'm thankful for the chance to learn how I can best help my clients as they come to me asking for my help in booking future trips. I currently have clients asking about Switzerland, New Zealand, and river cruising, and I look forward to using what I learned today to enrich their travel experience.

I'll never forget standing at Tel Megiddo, looking out over the valley where Scripture prophecies the Battle of Armageddon will one day take place — or taking Communion at the Garden Tomb, the place that represents where Jesus was buried and rose from the dead. Moments like these don't just teach you Scripture. They make it real. ✨🙏

That's why I recently became a certified faith-based travel specialist. I can plan trips to biblical sites in Israel, Greece, Turkey, and beyond — using both my training and my own experience walking this ground myself.

I also arrange church mission trips and faith-based cruise conferences (I've even spoken at one!) — a different kind of ministry travel, but one also close to my heart.
