Someone takes you to the trailhead, listens to whatever you feel like talking about or not talking about, brings you water and healthy homemade treats, shows you beautiful scenic trails (meander along the Meramec or Missouri rivers, pause at a sandy beach - all within minutes of West County) and ends the hike with an ice cold, (no not a beer, but there

’s a thought) lavender-scented towel to wipe your brow (however, you do have to wipe your own brow) and presents you with a small bag of Epsom salts for a relaxing bath when you get home. WARNING: These hikes are addictive!
