To all DunesWalk Inn guests and Indiana Dunes supporters, a hearing for a proposed 45 vehicle RV site is scheduled for March 17. Located on the old Greiger farm house/barn on the corner of Kemil Rd and US 20 just steps from the Furness Mansion. This proposal includes a entrance driveway off Kemil Rd. which will make an already dangerous intersection even more so. Congestion, noise, traffic, pollution is unwanted in the tiny hamlet of Furnessville. Needless to say the residents of Furnessville vehemently oppose this proposal. Help save the Dunes! Please attend meeting on the 17th or email your opposition to the Board of Zoning Appeals

Hi Everyone! We are happy to let you know that DunesWalk Inn is open and ready to welcome you to the Indiana Dunes. We have been busy cleaning and establishing a greater disinfecting routine for your safety. Indiana is in Phase 3 where restaurants are operational at 50% capacity and the National Park is open including beaches. Retail also is open, but at a restricted capacity. You will be able to shop but may have to wait in line to enter a store.

At last, summer is here and there is no better way to social distance than hiking a dune, relaxing on the beach, or staying at DunesWalk Inn!
