Pretty cool news from Idaho. Silverwood being bought by Herschend. It will be exciting to see how they improve on an already good park

I’m seeing this trend on roller coaster pages where they post a pov and intentionally identify the ride incorrectly so that they can drive people to the comments to post the correct name just to get comments.
If you do that then you are truly a D-bag.

Next up on the block is the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit.
We kinda knew that this was coming.
Apparently Universal applied for permits for demolition.
I had some ok rides on it through the years. First half is decent but all the brake runs on the second half really killed the pacing.
Thoughts?

Kings Dominion announces that Anaconda, the arrow looper has closed and given its last rides.
Boy Six Flags/Cedar Fair isn’t messing around with removing older rides.

Falcons flight has been topped off. Now let’s see if they can get it to run. I know there will be some “intamincy issues “ lol but I’m hoping they can work it out.
My only concern is that much speed in that much heat.

On a side note, it always amazes me how when Disney announces the closing of an attraction that never has a wait, the public outrage over it.
I love the muppets too but as Walt said, the parks will always continue to change and evolve.
Plus they aren’t leaving entirely so you’ll still be able to get your muppets fix.

Rock and roller coaster getting a muppets retheme.
Makes sense. Monsters Inc land taking over the current muppets land and Disney doesn’t have to pay for another IP.
