April 17, 1919, marked the chartering of the Chicago (IL) Alumni Chapter, the first alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Today, this esteemed chapter celebrates its 107th anniversary. The chapter's legacy is represented by the original charter and the distinguished founding members: ΚΑΨ Founder Byron K. Armstrong, William J. Prince, Thomas B. Mayo, Troy Smith, C. Leon Wilson, George C. Ellis, Harrison R. Duke, and Earl B. Dickerson.
