So far this summer the 12 oz. Chicken Club Salad (available at RK Lombard) and the Chicken Club Salad Croissant (available at RK Chicago) are one of the fastest selling and most requested menu items at BOTH Righteous Kitchen locations!

Maybe it’s because it’s a perfect lunch on a hot June day, maybe because it’s so fresh, filling, and delicious, or maybe it’s the bacon we add! Probably it’s all 3!
