Our parent company, the GACC Midwest - German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, Inc., is proud to host its third annual White Asparagus Dinner.

White Asparagus - known as Spargel - is a seasonal delicacy cultivated beneath the soil to preserve its delicate pale color and naturally sweet flavor. For this special evening, it is flown directly from Germany to Chicago.

The holiday magic is still going strong! All three Christkindlmarket locations will be open on Christmas Eve from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM for one last festive stroll before the holiday.

It’s the final day of the season for our lovely vendors at the Christkindlmarket Chicago and the Christkindlmarket Aurora - come support them and soak in the last moments of cozy cheer!
