SpelHouse Homecoming is only SEVEN weeks away, can you believe it?!? Many of you know that I am also a Travel Advisor, and I've been coordinating hotel room blocks for my SpelHouse family for several years. This year, I'd like to do something different for an important cause. For the 2023 HOCO room block, 60% of the proceeds will be donated to a needs-based scholarship at Spelman College.

The Health Disparities and Survivorship Scholarship (HDSS) was established to provide assistance to Spelman students and their families, who are dealing with chronic diseases and other health issues. Everyday college life can be extremely difficult for these young women, and they could really use our support. You can find more information about HDSS at www.spelman.edu/giving
