We were at a wonderful dinner presentation last night by one of our colleagues of her collection of beautiful luxury hotels around the world. Dominque also presented a group of destination management companies that we can work with to plan our client's special vacation. DID YOU KNOW- TODAY IS NATIONAL CAT DAY- SOME INFO ABOUT ICELANDIC CATS

The Icelandic cat is closely related to cats from Skåne in Sweden, the Faroe Islands and theShetland Islands, but much more distantly related to the cat breeds in the rest of the United Kingdom.

The cats in Iceland's countryside are more original breed than those in Reykjavík, that have bred with imported species.
These days, you will find lots of different cat breeds in Iceland, from the fluffy Norwegian forest cat and the exotic-looking Bengal cat to all kinds of mixed breeds. It is estimated that there are around 20,000 cats in the Capital Area of Iceland.

There is even a wonderful cat cafe you can visit right in downtown Reykjavik.

Good morning Barcelona! So glad we arrived safely -first time ever a Code Red on a flight and thought we would be diverted back. It all turned out well. Arrived and after a very long wait for customs (good thing no connection!) my transfer picked me with coffee in hand! Pretty little hotel and I was lucky to have an upgrade to the top floor suite!
