To gain a deeper understanding of Cuban history, Anthony Bourdain met with Roberto Salas, an American who has witnessed the past 70 years firsthand.

Salas, a New Yorker, traveled to Cuba as a teenage photographer and has since spent most of his life there, creating many of the iconic images associated with Cuba's history.

Our groups always consider their private meetings with him in his home to be a highlight of their experiences.

We are back from an incredible program in Vinales & Havana!

One of the many highlights was getting to not just ride in classic cars, but also go beyond that: we got to meet the talented folks who restore the classic cars. We also learned about challenges for Cuban small business owners.
