It is with great sadness that we remember our longtime travel partner and friend, Christel Aragon, who passed away unexpectedly this past weekend.

Christel led the UCLA Alumni Travel program for 32 years, helping it become one of the country’s leading affinity travel programs. She was a respected leader and a beloved colleague throughout the alumni travel community.

A steadfast supporter of AHI Travel, Christel entrusted us with providing thousands of UCLA alumni with educational travel experiences worldwide. We will always be grateful for her partnership and friendship.

AHI’s Mike Hull worked with Christel throughout her 32 years at UCLA. "I remember her first day at UCLA … and hosted her on her very first fam/inspection trip. We shared many great alumni travel-related experiences together over the years. Her memory will live on for years to come.”

All of us at AHI Travel extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and UCLA colleagues. She will be dearly missed.
