From a private wine master class with top Napa winemaker Julien Fayard and leading wine critic Antonio Galloni to a welcome dinner featuring Top Chef’s Stephanie Izzard and acclaimed winemaker Philippe Melka, this Napa incentive trip for a leading automotive brand delivered unforgettable experiences and thoughtful touches throughout.

Guests explored wine country by e-bike, dined at award-winning restaurants, and enjoyed curated tastings across Napa, Yountville, and Sonoma. Inspired by the theme Power Up the Night, we transformed Chicago’s Navy Pier into a high-energy celebration for 780 healthcare professionals. The space came alive with immersive LED design, glowing swing chairs, vibrant photo ops, and a 360° booth, while a live band and dance floor carried the energy well into the night.

With the city skyline as a backdrop, the evening honored achievement, celebrated momentum, and closed out a week of connection and growth on a high note.

Our next feature in Postcards from Our Centralized Creative Team is Brooke Wargnier, Strategic Creative Director, whose work transforms spaces into stories, layer by layer.

For Brooke, great design goes beyond layout. She builds experiences like a composition: start with structure, then layer in emotion through sound, scent, texture, and narrative.

Curiosity fuels her creativity. Brooke approaches every project like a scavenger hunt—drawing inspiration from unexpected places: a friend’s anecdote, a TV set design, even a trip to the grocery store.

She also knows that constraints spark creativity. Some of her most original ideas have come from tight budgets, tricky venues, or challenging timelines. Boundaries force resourcefulness and problem-solving that often lead to surprising, standout results.
