She will not automatically take payment without hearing from you. There is already an authorization form on file just let her know when to take your next payment. Thanks Ladies... Those who are booked for the 2019 Essence Festival and your 2nd payment hasn't been billed, please text me your name so I can inform the hotel. I am not notified about the billing you credit card which is one reason you sign an authorization form. Thanks Ann for keeping me posted and staying on top of what is or isn't happening. Also Andrea Peavy Smith or Elmyra Peavy-Gibson once the hotel is paid in full I want you and I to get together to come up with a design for the t-shirts
