I get to travel, visit and enjoy wonderful places, meeting interesting people, experiencing different cultures - and best of all... I get to travel by rail whenever possible."

Tim adds: "The core of my work is of course, the customers. It's my job to make sure they experience and enjoy the tour they expected and purchased.
