Christmas Day swims in Ireland happen all over the island from the Atlantic to the Irish Sea! Even if you don’t participate in the tradition, you may find yourself out at the beach cheering on those who are brave enough, whether they swim in the sea once a year or make it a weekly thing. 💦💚

My favorite salad shop is expanding to Cork! 👏🏼 I fell in love with about 10 years ago and it’s one of my must haves for a healthy lunch every time I’m back in Dublin. Their organic seasonal produce is locally sourced on their own farm in Kildare (just outside of Dublin)! 🫜 So if you’re planning a trip to Ireland and are worried you’re only going to eat lamb and potatoes, fear not because there are plenty of other (dare I say better than you’ve ever tasted?!) options! 💚
