It’s a small detail but learning that United Airlines has period products on all of their flights has brought me a lot of joy. Of course you always want to be prepared but life happens 🤷‍♀️ Travel is often known to impact your cycle and there’s a million other reasons as to why this is beneficial for women and girls.

As someone who flies over 100,000 miles a year and yet still didn’t learn about this until this week, it’s important to talk about it so women know they have this little safety net in-flight for worst case scenarios.

I just learned that United Airlines has period products inside of all of their lavatories 🤯 I’ve flown hundreds of flights and have never seen an airline provide menstrual products, especially in economy. Have you seen any other airline do this before???

Cupping is an ancient practice that is supposed to help boost blood flow, ease muscle tension, and deduce inflammation.

I’ve really enjoyed learning more about eastern medicine practices and this was my first time trying true traditional cupping. Earlier this year I tried a variation of being massaged via cupping but this was a more common practice.
