The Encore Florence cohort took a group visit to Siena, a city known for its stunning medieval architecture. This city offers a perfectly preserved glimpse into the 13th-14th century.

And just like that, our March 2026 Florence cohort has come to a close.

What a month it's been. This group showed up ready to dance—at aperitivo, in the piazzas, during our wine tour in Chianti, pretty much anywhere the moment felt right. They dove into every cultural activity with the kind of enthusiasm that reminds us exactly why we do this work.

Language classes, art history walks, spontaneous gelato stops, long dinners that turned into even longer conversations or dance celebrations—they soaked it all in. And somewhere along the way, a group of strangers became a community.

To our March Florence cohort: thank you for bringing so much joy, curiosity, and life to this program. You proved (once again) that adventure, connection, and transformation don't slow down after 55—they just get better.

Here's to the memories you made, the friendships you built, and the piece of Florence you're taking home with you.
