Y’all know I believe in making friends everywhere I go… but when I make friends, I make GOOD friends. 😂
I’m a fan of The Grady County Sheriff’s Department. 🤠
They were there when I needed them last week. It was a personal matter and very difficult to ask for help. They were of great service to me when I was going through that difficult situation. They knew the law. They knew what they could and couldn’t do. They also treated me with compassion when I was in the middle of a crisis.
Sometimes serving and protecting doesn’t look like showing up with lights and sirens. Sometimes it means listening, explaining, knowing the law, and treating someone with dignity when they’re having one of the hardest days of their life. That’s exactly what Sheriff Boggess did. What they did made a huge impact on the results and the results brought me great relief.
For that I am genuinely grateful. 🩷
So yes… when I make friends I make friends who can protect me.
But even better, I make friends who know how to help. 😁
And what about that M-RAP? They let me climb all over that thing and take pictures at the fair. I mean I am a sucker for a photo op with wheels.
