~ GREEN SPACE:
The Aqua Door offers a plethora of green space for all of our guests to relax in! Our back lawn area has a dining table, hammock, Zen Gardens, sitting areas, and is completely enclosed. The outdoor area is even more epic after dark with professional uplighting and cafe lights, making it all very magical and enchanting.
~ BICYCLES:
We offer our guests six bicycles, including four cruisers and two mountain bikes! Access to Chillicothe's Yoctangee Park and a 30-mile paved bike path are only a few blocks away! Every bike is equipped with a basket and a lock, perfect for all of your sight-seeing adventures.
~ FIRE PIT:
Gather under the stars by our custom-made fire pit complete with firewood, kindling, and fire-starting supplies! Our fire pit includes instructions, all fire-starting essentials, and enough firewood for approximately two hours of burn time. Weather permitting. Safety restrictions apply.
~ GOLF CART:
Another fabulous amenity at The Aqua Door is our street-legal aqua blue golf cart, that you can drive all over our marvelous city! The golf cart is available seasonally, April 1st - October 31st, and to experienced Booking Guests 30 and over. Waiver required before arrival. Please see our House Rules for details.
~ FIREPLACES:
Request one of our gorgeous gas fireplaces to spend the evening relaxing by, all while sipping your favorite beverage! ~ The primary bedroom (with en suit bathroom) is automatically offered for a booking request of "1-2 guests". The second bedroom will not be accessible, unless requested (see below).
~ If you are booking for 1-2 guests, but requesting use of both bedrooms, there is an additional fee of $50 per night. Please inform the host at booking if you would like to use the extra bedroom, when booking for 1-2 guests.
~ Our listing states that we offer two full baths, when actually we have three full bathrooms! The third bathroom is to better accommodate a reservation of 3-4 guests. For bookings of 1 to 2 guests, we ask that you choose two of the bathrooms (as listed) that you would like to use for bathing. The third bathroom may be used for a powder room.
~ We are strictly "no-shoes" inside the Suite.
~ The Aqua Door building is designed as a duplex, with a shared wall between Suite 190 and Suite 192. Each Suite has a separate entrance. The complimentary amenities including outdoor spaces, fire pit, bicycles, and golf cart, are shared between the two Suites.
~ We now offer a designated outdoor smoking and vaping area, so that all of our guests are accommodated! Please see our House Rules for more information.
