atch gorgeous morning sunrises as it peaks above the Assateague National Seashore. During the day the scenic views of the Channel, lighthouse and marshland will delight as you watch shore and seabirds forage and Assateague ponies in the distance. Bring your binnoculars or zoom camera for some spectacular photos. You are only 100 yards to your own private dock for fishing, crabbing or just whiling away the hours in relaxation with a cool drink in hand. In the evening, just as the sun goes down, the Assateague lighthouse sparks to life. Hopkins House is just a short distance from the public boat ramp, Memorial Park, a restaurant and more! Additional amenities include: private dock/boat-slip, washer & dryer, pets allowed, outside shower, waterfront with dock, walking distance to east side boat ramp, one mile to Memorial Park, three miles to Assateague National Park, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, central air conditioning, oil furnace heat, back deck, on-site parking for at least three vehicles.
