Tonight was magical.

The stories. The similarities. The alignment.

A room full of women from different walks of life discovering that so many of us are carrying the same hopes, fears, dreams, responsibilities, and desires for something more.

At Soft & Sovereign, we had it all: beauty, food, flowers, conversation, vulnerability, and perhaps most importantly- permission to receive.

For two hours, we chose ourselves.

We slowed down.
We regulated our nervous systems.
We embraced softness.
We honored rest.
We poured back into the women behind the work, the businesses, the caregiving, the leadership, and the endless doing.

Healing isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it looks like flowers, laughter, tears, connection, and remembering that you are worthy of the same love and care you so freely give to everyone else.

Here’s to soft life energy, nervous system care, self-trust, emotional wellness, community care, and becoming the safe place we’ve been searching for.
