Got a very odd call today. A very senior citizen called to tell me to remove my ad in the yellow pages. Apparently her 98 year friend called me, and I was unable to service her friend, so in turn I was not a "real" cab service and a little "s**t"? At which point she yelled "f🙌ck" loudly and hung up. Wow, I can understand if I confirmed a trip with you and left someone stranded why you would complain, but It's company policy to disappoint people right up front if we can't help.

I sometimes am in awe at the diversity of people's communication skills.

Todays numbers:
3 separate vehicle wanted to buy me a new cab/attempting murder.
People in the coffin colored Mercury montigo who ran your stop sign without looking right at all and forcing me 75% off the road on Devils backbone, leaving me inches from your bumper and two telephone poles, with my children in my cab.

The Penske box truck going up 71 north, veering into my lane forcing me to completely slam on my brakes to avoid you ripping my entire front end off.

The vehicle who slammed into the rear of the car that I was just behind 4 second earlier before changing lanes.
I can't stress how much people need to be present in the drivers seat, not shopping in the store your headed to, checking if you pic was shared enough, or trying to input your destination into your device which you should have done before you left your therapist's office. Over 642 road fatalities this year...this is deadly serious.
