The Cincy Blues Society holds open meetings via Google Meet on the first Monday of the month. Since the Cincy Blues Society’s founding in 1990, the area blues scene has expanded from a handful of bands and clubs with very few national acts touring through, to a vibrant local scene with over 40 bands, numerous clubs, several yearly blues festivals and multi-act events produced by the Cincy Blues So
ciety as well as other organizations and businesses, and a healthy stream of national touring acts coming through our area. We’re proud that so many of the national acts we’ve had at the Cincy Blues Fest have made this area a return stop for their tours. The Cincy Blues Society is a member-supported, 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization which encourages and facilitates both performance and educational events and projects based around blues music. Our mission is to promote and advance the culture and tradition of Blues music as an original American art form. The Cincy Blues Society is proudly sponsored by the Ohio Arts Council.
