Mama bear understands how challenging it can be to get the whole family packed up and ready for a road trip.
Hitting the road this holiday weekend? Be sure to have a bear-safe vacation!
· Observe bears from a safe distance.
· Never feed bears — intentionally or unintentionally. Food teaches bears to approach vacation homes, campsites, campers, and people.
· Secure food, garbage, recyclables, and coolers.
· Clean your BBQ grill after each use.
· Keep doors and windows closed.
· Keep dogs and pets on a leash.

Be a BearWise host by helping educate your guests and following BearWise practices to keep people safe and bears wild.
We know you “can’t wait to get on the road again,” but taking a little extra time to plan and prepare before loading up the kids can help ensure a safe and enjoyable family getaway.

Fun fact: Did you know the original Jeep originated in Butler, PA?
Enjoy your weekend!
