This was a very pleasant surprise. To the nose it is rich and evolving. Tons of caramel and honey with a burst of cocoa powder. The fruit notes immediately give you citrus and dark berries. It opens to fennel with a big explosion of clove. Cinnamon and orange peel for the finish. This is a delight to say the least!

Had a wonderful weekend in Charleston WV with visiting among other adventures. The father/son story on this place is fantastic and they will be dropping their first bourbon in a few weeks. I do have to say their gin is on point if you enjoy heavy notes of botanicals. Definitely hope to visit again!
