Scott Hill Retirement Community is an attractively designed, elevator-equipped retirement community consisting of one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Residents furnish their apartment with favorite personal belongings. Each apartment has oversize thermal pane windows for maximum sunlight and scenic views of the surrounding Allegheny mountains and the Jackson River. Our purpose is to

provide a comfortable, independent living community for seniors (those 62-years-old or greater), or those applying for an apartment specifically constructed to be accessible to individuals with physical disabilities. Unlike an assisted living or nursing home, Scott Hill does not provide resident care.
