LAST UPDATE ON MERCH —
Thank you all for being so incredible throughout this process. At this time, the majority of you have received your orders, most of which were completely fulfilled. Unfortunately, there has been some oversight which we have finally sorted out and are sharing with you in the below paragraphs. Before we start the update, though, we just want to thank you so much for your patience and for your wholesome souls. We cannot tell you how much your support, and love for our animals and the ranch, has meant to us over these past months. It is a blessing to be a part of the giraffe community and to know each of you 🧡🦒🧡🦒🧡🦒🧡. Without further adieu….
Alright everyone, it’s been an incredibly frustrating process of figuring out what’s going on with the remaining two items that seem to not have shown up to any of our customers. Those two items are the (1) TSR Tumbler that several of you ordered, as well as several additional orders being placed when the Coffee Mugs were nixed from the original merchandise and so several of y’all chose to swap the mug for the Tumbler; and the other item is the (2) Special Contest Baby Betty TShirt which we awarded several wonderful Giraffe Junkies in a random drawing. Here are the full updates:
1) TUMBLERS &/OR COFFEE MUGS —
We are disheartened to share that the Tumbler will not be able to be sent out due to an oversight. We considered re-submitting for the Tumbler’s but we hope you’ll understand how stressful this has been from our side, as well as yours, and that we simply don’t want to let any more of you down. We pride ourselves in taking great care of the animals and the hoomans in our lives and feel awful that this process did not turn out how we’d wanted/expected, especially for those of you who ordered the Tumbler or expected their special shirt by now. We will, of course, be refunding all orders for the Tumbler, and Coffee Mug, along with any relevant shipping cost (if y’all did not order anything else).
2) SPECIAL CONTEST BABY BETTY T-SHIRT —
The Special Contest Baby Betty T-shirts will need to be resubmitted for printing and, once they are complete (we have not had time to submit them, yet), we will still be sending those out as a gift from us to those who won. For those of you who won a shirt, we need to start that process over again and, therefore, do not have an ETA. We are considering updating this TShirt’s design so that it features a different photo than the original design. The updated design that were considering would be our favorite photo of Annabelle & Betty, included on this post, FYI. We will likely order more of these shirts for us to have for ourselves and to keep on stock at the ranch for possible purchase. So, while we do not have an ETA and we are truly so sorry for this delayed situation, we do think the tshirt will turn out extra neat and we’re thrilled to be giving them away to our contest winners 🧡🦒🧡🥳🎁🎉👚👏🎊😻🧡🦒🧡!
Last note on the Special Tshirt: We ask that those of you who won a shirt send us an email to [email protected] with confirmation of the shirt size you would like to receive. If we do not receive an email from y’all, we will go with the size we already have on file or reach out.
Re: PLEASE NOTIFY US OF MISSING APPAREL —
If any of you have not received any other merchandise at this point, we need to get it addressed with our prior vendor ASAP so please let us know, via email ( [email protected] ), if you haven’t received items — that were not either the Tumbler, Mug, or Special Contest Shirt — along with the respective invoice and we will see to it that your order is fulfilled or refunded. We haven’t heard of anyone still waiting on their apparel, though, so 🤞that the Tumblers and Contest Giveaway Shirts were the only oversights.
Re: REFUNDS
We will get all the refunds posted to the financial intermediary, “Square”, who handled the transfer of funds from your bank account to TSR, within the next 1-2 business days. The intermediary, Square, advises that it could take between 7-10 business days for you to receive the respective funds back in your account. That being said, it has been our experience that more of the refunds, thus far, have been taken care by Square in a swift manner, with only a few refunds (to our knowledge) where Square took advantage of the full stated timeline (IE 7-10 business days after we submit to them) to get your monies refunded back into the proper account.
We want to set expectations in case the timeline leans to the latter for whatever reason. We are hopeful for a quick end to this refund debacle and, so, will of course be submitting the refunds to the intermediary ASAP in order for it to move as fast as possible on their side.
Rest assured that we will make sure that your refund is received as soon as humanly possible. Thank you so much for understanding and, once again, our deepest apologies that we couldn’t get those Tumblers out to y’all, as well as the delayed Special Contest Shirts.
Re: OUR APOLOGIES & DEEP GRATITUDE TO YOU —
Can’t quite express to y’all how sorry we are that these items are not coming through either at all (Tumblers) or that they’ll be arriving in a much later timeframe (Special Contest Shirts). We hope you will continue to remain a part of the TSR Family in spite of these merch issues. We are looking forward to getting completely back to the basics (IE no more retail orders) as that is what we do best. Although the cams have been wonky, they will be up soon and the sooner this all is sorted out, the more time we (D Van and Chayse, on behalf of TSR) will have to dedicate to the Cams, Servers, and Social Media.
We look forward to watching the giraffes along with y’all soon and, perhaps, we will even have the opportunity to marvel at the beauty of nature and the creatures around us on YouTube Chat in the coming days. Not sure if the chat will be temporary or how it will work but, as an apology for any inconvenience or disappointment that may have been caused by our retail orders, we have decided that YT Chat will be turned back on at least a couple times this month. We will try to keep you posted but we recommend you regularly check the Cams in case they’ve changed, too💖.
We cannot tell y’all how much your support and patience has meant to us during this experience with opening the Live Cams up for viewing to the public, as well as throughout our first Public Merchandise Offering (during a global pandemic!). We are so blessed by you and we hope we have blessed y’all, too. So many of you have truly touched our hearts and we look forward to continuing to cultivate our relationships with the many wonderful people in this group who share our love of animals 🧡🦒🦒🦒🧡 🖤🤍🦓🦓🤍🖤 💛🐪💛 🤎🦌🦌🤎 🖤🦬🦬🖤.
