A Blue Badge Guide - SO WORTH the investment!! Honestly? I had never heard of a “Blue Badge” before meeting Gavin. My team leader at MVP recommended Gavin with a "G" in a post after visiting London.

Gavin’s intimate knowledge of London and the historical significance of each location maximized our two days of touring there.

He knew the best times to visit each of the sites we most wanted to see. His driver knew how to get us close, drop us off, and return just in time to whisk us away to the next location.

Small things, like the inscription ER on a gaslit street lamp; or a preserved hole where a mortar shell had blasted through a wall of Westminster Abbey; and big things like the inscriptions on the wall where Ann Boleyn and lady Jane Gray were held prior to their executions and the best way to navigate the vault containing the Crown Jewels…Gavin guided, pre-guided and answered any and all questions.

I can honestly say it would’ve taken us 2 to 3 additional days to see all the sites we experienced in two days. Excellent value!

New Friends from....SCOTLAND! We chose a quiet table for 2 in the dining room for our 16 night Trans Atlantic cruise and then WHAM! we were blessed to overflowing by James and Lynn from bonnie Scotland. Their quiet table for 2 was right next to ours. We laughed, we learned, we compared our cultures and delighted in our families...we just fell in love with these treasured humans! Cruising is a special way to see the world.
