Vendors, School Groups, Civic Organizations, Church Groups, Individuals - this is an excellent opportunity to raise funds for your group. To participate, reserve your vendor booth by contacting the Coal County Chamber of Commerce at 580-927-2119 or the City of Coalgate at 580-927-3914. Booths are free unless electricity is needed, in which case a $25 fee applies and must be paid at City Hall. Make sure to sign up early to secure your spot at the park.

The July 4th Independence Day Celebration Parade theme:
SPIRIT OF '76 - 250 YEARS OF FREEDOM.
All individuals, businesses, organizations, clubs, groups, school groups, and elected officials are invited and encouraged to participate in the parade and other activities as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of America's independence.

A schedule of events for the day will be posted at a later date as we finalize the schedule.

July 4th, 2026, commemorates 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, when the 13 American colonies declared independence from Great Britain, establishing the United States as a sovereign nation. Therefore, we have chosen “SPIRIT of ‘76-250 YEARS of FREEDOM “ as the theme for this year’s July 4th parade honoring the 250th Anniversary of our nation’s founding.
