During Government Shutdown the park will remain open. The government offices and public restrooms will remain closed. All the hotels and restaurants will be open.

The news:

· Highway 41 is scheduled to reopen to the public at 5 pm tomorrow, Saturday, September 9.

· Glacier Point Road is open, with shuttles running from approximately 10 am to 5 pm.

· The Glacier Point shuttle runs through Sunday, September 10 then will end for the season.

· Big Trees Stables are open through 9/27/17 for 2 hour horseback rides.

· Rafting in Yosemite Valley and on the Merced River in El Portal has ended for the season.

· Big Oak Flat Road is open from Hwy 140 to Crane Flat with an es**rt after a fire yesterday afternoon.
