Most people go right to the buffet. I always go to the sit-down restaurant that’s open for lunch on embarkation day. They have a special menu. It’s a calm way to start your cruise.

Tip: when you get onboard check the app and it will list which restaurant is open for lunch

Attention families of 5, this is one of the room types that sleep 5 at Disney’s Caribbean Beach resort. You cannot book this room type specifically. Book a 5th sleeper room and then have me (or your agent) put the request on the reservation. It’s not a guarantee but it’s helpful.

There are wagons, sand strollers and wheelchairs that passengers are free to use while at Disney’s Castaway Cay. There’s no charge to use them but they are first come first serve.
