Despite the heavy rains during the week, it was a beautiful labor day weekend. The lake was busy with pontoons, kayaks, paddle boards, families swimming and enjoying camp fires. We still have availability in October!

Wanted to let the folks over at J.I's Place Restaurant & Bar at Sugar Lake Hotel know that our guests staying at "The Farmhouse" had a lot of nice stuff to say. First they said they had dinner over there Friday night and the food was great. The steak salad was fantastic and a lot of other good food. They said they enjoyed the band and the band members interacted with their kids and were very nice.

We just wanted to say, thanks for treating our guests so well. We will keep sending them your way!

With many of us dealing with or experiencing the overwhelming effects of the Canadian Wildfires, we thought this would put some perspective on it!
