Proud dad moment incoming - My 16 year old son has been saving for years and managed to save up $2000 working around the neighborhood mowing lawns, pressure washing, detailing cars, etc… he asked me for help with his first car flip, show him what to looks for etc, so he bought a 2002 ford ranger and sold it in a few weeks for a profit, then bought a 2006 mustang and flipped it in 1 Week (wow)! Now he is eyeing his 3rd car with $6000 cash in hand! He told me he wants to keep flipping until he can buy a house cash, then start flipping houses 😳 - kids a beast! Let’s go!
