When did Alison Morgan join 3D Travel?

Alison joined in January 2024, having retired after 30 years as an educator. She nurtured kids in the school system, then became an administrator who nurtured adults caring for those same kids.

After a couple of years, she knew she wanted something where she could work from home while still caring for her husband, who was recovering from cancer. And she also wanted to be available to her elderly parents.

All this helping, and she still chose a new career: walking alongside people to craft their dream vacations and trips of a lifetime. If that doesn’t make you love Alison, I don’t know what will?

What does Alison Morgan enjoy booking?

Alison loves to sell cruises, especially to first-time visitors! Her favorite cruise destination is the US Virgin Islands.

Another highlight of booking these voyages is the many beautiful private islands and exclusive beaches available across different cruise lines.

Who is Alison Morgan?

Alison is busy! She’s about to have a senior in high school who recently started driving, and many of us know what that feels like. Alison is the one who needs a vacation!

This month she celebrates her 21st wedding anniversary! Her adventure in marriage began at age 40, and she chose Sandals Ocho Rios for her wedding and honeymoon.

Alison loves traveling and seeing the world, and now she’s doing it from the South. Her goal is to travel overseas, and her priority has always been to have an annual family vacation. This is still her highest priority, but now she just wants to do it more than once a year!

More than anything, Alison loves her husband, her precious son, her two bonus daughters, and her six grandkids.

Joy is our go-to for Disney parks & cruises

From helping a group of 12 plan an Alaskan cruise on the Disney Wonder (May 2024) to booking Disneyland for a smaller party of 6, Joy is simply the best. She is always happy to answer questions and if she doesn't happen to know the answer (which is rare), she'll get it for you. Joy monitored prices and was able to get us a discount as soon as new promotions were released. She also helped us with electric scooter rentals, private transport, and other reservations/special requests for both Disneyland and our cruise. We love being able to go to one person for everything and the informational e-mails and reminders she sends prior to travel are so helpful. I could not recommend her more highly!

Edie lives in a city that is closer to another country than any other state in the United States. Where do you think she is?

Did you guess correctly? She’s two hours from the border in Texas, north of San Antonio. She loves where she is, because she lives so close to HEB, Target, Hobby Lobby, and PetSmart that life is convenient, but she’s also still far enough from the city that she’s got space to breathe.

She’s close to the big city but not too close! Can you relate?

When did Edie Miller join 3D Travel?

Edie became a member of the 3D family as a client all the way back in 2006, booking through multiple team members until her youngest went to college and she needed a new challenge to fill the void.

After so many years of wondering if and when she would join us, Edie officially became part of the 3D Travel Team as an advisor in 2021.

Edie has always loved and appreciated the story behind 3D Travel and wanted to be a part of the journey. We are so grateful she has been a member of our family for so many years!
