Good Morning to our beer-loving friends and fans! We look forward to seeing many of you today during our Pop Up, Hop Up Party as we provide fun unique transport to the Rocky Water Brew Fest in the Eau Gallie Arts District.

We want to thank our friend and business partner Jon Gower with Hidden Level Brewery and JMG Engraving LLC for bringing this event to our attention. Jon has a unique concept brewery in the works on the outskirts of Cocoa Village adjacent to his custom engraving operations. We believe this brew fest is his first breakout event showcasing his skills producing craft beer so be sure to look for Hidden Level in the mix to sample his craft brew offerings.

We also highly recommend JMG Engraving for his customized goods for business and personal needs as well as laser cut metal signs and artwork. The sky is the limit with his creations.

We are so honored and excited to be participating tomorrow in the Cocoa Beach Junior/Senior High School 2023 Homecoming Parade!!! We have the pleasure of hosting the CBHS Girls Golf Team boasting an impressive 15 golfers this season. Wow!⛳️🏐

Thank you to Coach Liz Walker and CBHS Athletic Director Ted Kimmey for giving us the opportunity to host your girls! And big thanks also to Dr. Lance Armstrong and Marlene White for all the legwork to make this happen. Last but not least, thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Cocoa Beach for sponsoring the event insurance for Georgette's participation and for all that your amazing organization does for our local youth. What an incredibly friendly group of people who gather every Thursday at the Azteca II Restaurant at The Resort At Cocoa Beach to follow fun Kiwanis Traditions while discussing their next move to raise monies for causes supporting our local kids. They would love to add some new members!

🎼We Get By With a Little Help From Our Friends🎼

WOW what a fun morning Georgette had yesterday taking her first trip through Historic Titusville with a select group of Realtors and Business Owners interested in hearing about The "Future" of Titusville With Anchor Home & Rocket City ~ Brokered by eXp Realty/Commercial.

Our guests were hosted to a WEALTH of information during their tour of Titusville starting off at Sunrise Bread Co. Coffee and pastries were courtesy of Mortgage Broker Associate Jaime Reiser Rhude with Future Home Loans — a Veteran-Owned and Operated Mortgage Lending Firm. Jaime goes above and beyond to make mortgages happen…sometimes in as little as two weeks!

After breakfast, we followed the lead of Holly Carver & Lisa Earnhardt with Rocket City Commercial brokered by EXP Commercial, LLC and toured Launch Now’s Historic Walker Hotel renovation oohing and ahhing at the amazing job they’ve done converting this timeless property into a mixed-use project for business, living & leisure. Holly & Lisa are true leaders in Titusville, FL Commercial Real Estate and are incredibly passionate about sharing and contributing to the incredible growth and expansion currently underway.

Our chariot arrived finally at 10am, and we all boarded and enjoyed a breezy ride with commentary by Holly learning all about the past, present and future of the area. Our first stop was the location for The Shores at Tranquility, the luxury planned community development underway which, in a matter of days, sold out 100 direct river lots overlooking NASA's Kennedy Space Center’s launch pads and the VAB.

After, Georgette made an impromptu decision to pop in at the Shores at Tranquility developer center where we had the pleasure of surprising a very gracious staff and learning firsthand about what’s to come.

What’s next? We tested the sound system with The Beatles & Jimmy Buffett as we enjoyed the open air ride along the Indian River to our next stop…1009 S Washington Ave.

Kate Flack, Anchor Home in Florida EXP Realty joined us back upstairs and chatted about this unique mixed-use building built in the 1920’s renovated by Loyd Contracting Company Inc. in the early 2000’s. This gorgeous Spanish Revival property has been home to Kim Jones Insurance Agency and most recently a spa offering esthetician services. She’s ready for a new owner at a reduced price of $395k and the City of Titusville, Florida has grant monies available for the historic district to make additional improvements. We also passed by 803 S Washington just a few doors down also listed by Kate and offered at $350k.

Overall, it was a blast enjoying Titusville from this perspective with the area eXpertise provided by some of eXp Realty’s local leading ladies in Space Coast Real Estate.
