In honor of Mental Health Awareness this month, let's do a check-in. It can be hard to take care of our mental health when our head is noisy. Things can feel too much sometimes, and finding headspace to do things for you can become almost impossible. It has taken a few too many burnouts for me to realize that in order to look after everyone else to the best of my ability, I first need to look after MYSELF. Let's remember to put ourselves on the to-do list lovelies!
