A place of outstanding natural beauty and eye-popping experiences.
Discover everything “the land of a thousand hills” has to offer, from its warm hospitality and spectacular national parks to trekking with the world’s last wild mountain gorillas in their mist forest habitat.

The country has shown great courage in recovering from the memory of the horrible 1994 genocide. Today, it is a stable, well run & peacefully united country that ranks among Africa’s safest destination.
What really touched me the most was the warm hospitality of the people.

I’ve posted a lot about the gorillas because….well. Gorillas! But there is so much more to this magical country such as….golden monkeys tracking, nature walks, birdwatching, chimpanzee trek, safari , a visit to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, and exploring the beautiful landscapes.

Regardless of what you believe in, there is so much beautiful, religious history to experience here.

one must experience when visiting Jordan especially for lovers of desert & wilderness. Wadi Rum is a breathtakingly desert landscape as far as the eye can see.

The magnificent ruins at known as the Rose Red City is one of the worlds most mysterious ancient cities that still holds many unlocked secrets.
Today, its a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the new Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

Whenever I think of Mali Ston, I think of its oysters & mussels 😋
It is a little fishing village, known for the best seafood in Croatia.

What better way to eat oysters, then fresh from the sea!!
Mussels alla buzara?….YES please! a traditional Dalmatian dish prepared with nothing but olive oil and local herbs, all topped with homemade rakija, similar to brandy.

I live for one-of-a-kind experiences and off the beaten path hidden gems.
When & I extended our trip in Montenegro, we stumbled upon such a place - farm sitting right on the Bay of Kotor

Being by the Mediterranean coastline, fresh seafood is definitely a must 💙

As Europe gradually reopens, we should take full advantage of breathtaking places such as 💚

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is out-of-this-world gorgeous, consisting of 16 crystal clear blue lakes and beautiful waterfalls cascading from one into the next.
It has always been a hidden gem in Europe until recent years.
This National Park is located in central Croatia, near the Bosnian border

(Insider tip: choose the route that is a little longer and requires a bit more effort. The views are simply stunning.)

We enjoyed the quiet and welcoming environment but looking forward to returning back or as close to normal - like that of pre-Covid times

There are few countries in the world that possess beauty and diverse nature as Croatia. Every corner of this country has its own story to tell 💫

The story of is centuries old with rich tradition, history, beauty of natural & cultural heritage. What I loved most about the old town is that it is the perfect place to wander historic alleyways with no regard for time.
