Located right in the heart of Downtown Coffeyville, the Perkins Building is more than just the home of our Chamber of Commerce—it's a cornerstone of Coffeyville history!

This iconic spot marks one of the two banks targeted by the infamous Dalton Gang during their legendary (and failed!) 1892 raid. It’s the kind of place where you can literally stand in the footsteps of Wild West history.

But wait—there’s more! Did you know Coffeyville is also the birthplace of the ICEE? That’s right—the machine that launched the frozen drink craze got its start right here, and you can even see a piece of that cool history inside the Perkins Building.
