From longtime favorites to creative rotating specials, there is always something delicious cooking at Brandi’s Kitchen. Recent specials have included smoked peach margaritas; tostadas with ground beef, pulled pork, or birria; smoked chicken sandwiches; smoked meatloaf; and a variety of delicious homemade soups.

You can also enjoy favorites such as smoked brisket, burgers, fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, weekend breakfast, and beer on tap. 🍔🍺

Thank you to everyone that attended and helped with our Town of Collbran BBQ last night! Especally Collbran Cafe, Brandi's Kitchen, Mountain High Pie , Collbran Supply Inc., Main Street Liqiuor and Rosales Party Rentals. We could not have done it with out your amazing support!

🍽️ Business Spotlight: Brandi's Kitchen!

Brandi’s Kitchen began as a food truck in 2022, traveling throughout the Grand Valley before Brandi brought her love of cooking to Vega Lodge. When the season ended, she found a permanent home right here in Collbran!

Today, Brandi’s Kitchen is serving breakfast (on the weekends), lunch, and dinner at 1006 High Street and continues to live by its motto: “Cooking with love, one plate at a time.” ❤️

Brandi and her team also show their appreciation for the community in meaningful ways, including providing free meals to veterans on Veterans Day.

Stop in, say hello, and help us celebrate another wonderful Plateau Valley business!

🇺🇸 Calling Our Local Veterans & Their Families! 🇺🇸

The Collbran Library is looking for veterans and family members of veterans who would be willing to share their stories as part of the upcoming “Veteran Stories” 2nd Saturday Community Event on November 14, 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity to preserve and share the experiences of the veterans who are part of our community. Participants are encouraged to bring pictures, maps, books, memorabilia, or other items that can help tell their story.

Last night’s Back to School Night was a great opportunity to connect with our community! 📚💙

We loved talking with everyone about the Collbran Parks Improvement Committee, sharing information, answering questions, and hearing directly from community members about ideas and opportunities for Collbran.

Community involvement is an important part of making these efforts successful, and we appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by, visit with us, and learn more. We look forward to continuing the conversation! 💙

Stop by and visit Sarah and Heather tonight at Back to School Night at Plateau Valley School! This will be our first community engagement event as we gather input to help shape the future of Terrell Park.

We’ll be there to answer questions, hear your ideas, and collect community surveys. Your feedback will help us better understand our community’s priorities as we pursue grant funding for park improvements.

💧 Water Service Restored! 💧

Good news! The water leak affecting the Rodeo Grounds and Rodeo Road area has been repaired, and water service has been restored.

👏 A HUGE thank you to our Public Works crew for their hard work getting the leak repaired and the water back on! We greatly appreciate their dedication and all they do to keep our community running.

Thank you to everyone in the affected area for your patience and understanding while the repairs were being completed!
