Here’s how it works:

• If you go to a hotel’s website and scroll to the bottom, you’ll often see a link for “Travel Agents” or “Travel Professionals.” That’s where agents register and get access.

• In your back office, you can also register for other portals that cover hotels, cruises, tours, flights, and all-inclusive packages.

• These systems are designed for agents and often include exclusive perks and incentives.

💡 What most people don’t realize:

The commission is already built into the price of your trip, whether you book on your own or with an agent. The only difference? When you use a travel agent, that commission goes to them instead of a big online site.

• Travel agents are typically paid after you travel, not before.

I think my client’s birthday trip has officially taken on a life of its own! 🤣🎉

He asked me to put the group trip together, and of course I shared it with some of my repeat clients who I knew would enjoy it too.

Well…

Last week one of my favorite repeat clients called and said, “I’m interested. I’ll book next week.”

Today she texted me…

“I’m ready to book!” 😂💃🏽

Then a coworker called and said a mutual friend told her about the trip. Now she’s planning to book herself and her daughter. AND the mutual friend called me with questions because she’s inviting another one of her friends! Whew!! 🤣❤️

Listen… y’all are out here recruiting better than I am! 😂😂

I said 2027 was going to be my year for group trips, and it’s looking like God said, “Let’s go ahead and get started.” 🙌🏽✨

Right now, I’m working on several paid travel inquiries. Not just inquiries, but clients who have invested in my planning services because they value having an expert create their vacation experience.
