You will love having your own private pier and beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets every day, and the town of CB is only a short bike ride, golf cart or walk away. It's a great spot for fishing (my family caught several catfish last week!), paddle boarding, and watching ospreys, eagles and other wildlife...all while escaping the road noise of DC/Nova city life!
