With room for 8 people, this home offers an inviting front porch, plenty of space for entertaining, separate dining room, lots of seating in living room, large second floor master suite with sitting area with views of the water. The front porch is a perfect place to slowly ease into your day with a cup of coffee while catching up on local news. A spacious living room awaits, filled with natural light pouring in through the many windows. Sink into large sofas and watch a movie on the TV. Past the living room, you'll find the large kitchen and dining room that's ready to enjoy a meal together, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space or cook dinner on the grill and eat outside on warm spring and summer days. The public beach is a short 1.5 block walk or golf cart ride.

D&J Amusements are bringing the carnival back to Colonial Beach from July 2-6. Funnel cakes and Ferris wheels will be on the beach side of Town Hill weekdays from 5-11 PM and weekends from 1-11 PM. All day wristbands are just $25. We’ll see you there!
