Across the years, many of us have noticed something important:

Nomadic and clan-based communities often recognize parts of the Bible as normal life that others see as distant or symbolic.

Shepherds. Tents. Extended families. Mobility. Shared responsibility.

These aren’t just background details in Scripture — they describe real social worlds that still exist today.

I’ve spent decades learning alongside nomadic peoples and reflecting together on how their lifeways can help all of us see Scripture more clearly. Friends listening have often asked me to put these life lessons into a book. Well, right now I've put together a course for that!

Out of those shared conversations has come a new learning journey:
