I’m at an exciting point in my business where I’m ready to bring on a full-time Administrative Assistant & Customer Care Coordinator—and I’m so looking forward to finding the right person to grow with me.
This role would be a mix of behind-the-scenes organization and client care. Day-to-day tasks would include things like managing my inbox, keeping my calendar organized, processing client payments, staying in touch with clients after they book, checking in after their trips, sending travel insurance reminders, and preparing travel documents. To accomplish this I am looking for 30-40 hours per week.
Most of this position can be done from home, but I would love to have you come to my home office once or twice a week so we can connect, stay aligned, and handle anything that needs to be done in person. (This could be done via phone or Zoom call if coming to the office is not possible sometimes).
We can absolutely talk through what compensation looks like—whether that’s hourly or salary—based on what works best for both of us. While I’m not able to offer health insurance, I do offer a pretty amazing perk: any personal travel at my cost.
This is just a snapshot of the role, and I’m happy to share more details with the right candidate.

Cambodia is a study in contrasts. We stayed in the most magnificent hotel in Siem reap with fresh flowers everywhere, fountains, pool, and spa. Then we took a very rickety blue boat out on Tonle Sap Lake where communities of fisherman live in makeshift floating houses on the lake built on bamboo rafts or barrels. Quite an eye opening experience.
