Construction management, scheduling and cost estimating

This Veterans Day, ATI is honored that we are able to contribute to the expansion of a site that stands as a lasting tribute to those who have served.

ATI, in joint venture with DGI, has proudly supported the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District on the Southern Expansion of Arlington National Cemetery since 2023. Our team provides comprehensive technical support services, including construction surveillance, scheduling, cost estimating, and expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.

Contamination analysis, air quality testing and asbestos/mold inspection

Since 2021, ATI has supported the Department of State’s global facilities as the primary subcontractor to DGI, delivering environmental and industrial hygiene services at U.S. Embassies, Consulates, and other diplomatic sites worldwide. Our work includes AHERA asbestos inspections and training, air and water quality analysis, mold investigations, and abatement oversight—ensuring safe, compliant environments across the DOS portfolio.

ATI Capability Spotlight:

Indoor & Outdoor Firing Range O&M Support: Arms & Equipment Inventory Management + Range Maintenance

In 2024, ATI expanded its presence at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) by taking on Fi****ms Support Services at the 1,500-acre Glynco, GA, headquarters. With more than 25 full-time personnel on site, ATI supports operations across 25 ranges—including five indoor, ten outdoor, three virtual ranges, and seven tactical courses. Since the beginning of this contract, ATI has strengthened site operations through focused staff training, upgraded procedures, and strong on-site leadership. ATI looks forward to continuing to provide consistent, high-quality support to FLETC.

ATI is excited to announce that we are now CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) certified with an assessment score of 110, meeting all NIST SP 800-171 Revision 2 security requirements after an independent assessment conducted by Cybersec Investments, a Certified Third-Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO) in accordance with the CMMC requirements codified in CFR Title 32, Part 170.

ATI was awarded a subcontract with Sandia National Laboratories (in support of their NNSA/Department of Energy prime contract) to provide quality assurance oversight.

The work includes performing QA audits and surveillances of the design and experiments conducted at various U.S. research testing reactors. Reactors subject to this work include the Advanced Test Reactor, the High Flux Isotope Reactor, and MIT’s Research Reactor. These QA oversight tasks are also necessary to assure that the DOE design contractors at Labs such as Idaho National Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory follow required nuclear safety QA requirements during their work.
