All new bookings will include the option to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
If travel insurance is declined, a signed waiver will be required acknowledging the risks associated with traveling without coverage. In the event of cancellation, clients who decline insurance will also be responsible for a cancellation fee paid directly to me to compensate for the time and work invested into planning and managing the trip.
As a small business owner operating on a 100% commission-based income, I am not paid until after clients have completed their travels. This decision was not made lightly, but due to the increasing number of unforeseen events and trip cancellations since March, it has become necessary to help protect both my time and income.
