Love being with 3D Travel -and love Traveling!!

My heart is for those who’ve had a BAD trip, and love when we can turn things around and come back home with good memories 🥰

Why does Heidi Lau love being a travel advisor?

Heidi tells us that if it weren’t for 3D, she probably wouldn’t be in the industry. She’s too hard on herself, and we really know Heidi could bloom anywhere she’s planted!
You see, we found out she’s actually pretty amazing and a great fit for the 3D Travel family. Since she’s come aboard, she’s become braver and learned more about what she loves to book, what she doesn’t, and how to thrive in all circumstances. And she does!

Most people become travel advisors because they love traveling and want to help others avoid bad experiences, and Heidi did just that.

Heidi has a gift for taking care of people right where they are, and she brings that to every booking.

✨❤️🚢 “we are just not cruise people”, is no longer in my vocabulary

The moment you step aboard the Disney Wish, you’re a cruise people.

You don’t have to be Disney people to realize this is on another level of luxury.

The moment they announce your name when you board, you immediately feel like you belong. And it never ends.

The beautiful mosaics, the gorgeous details in the dining venues and the stunning stateroom themes- just make me want to go right back on board!!!

We were able to see a movie that came to theatres on the same day it was released on board- The Devil wears Prada 2! (What!! How?!?!?) and we used our popcorn bucket from Disney world for $2 popcorn refills- loved that!

We explored the spa and kids clubs, Hyperspace Lounge and WISH we could’ve stayed longer!!!

This is me, signing off, booking another Disney Cruise…. 🫶🚢❤️

If you’re looking for a peaceful setting, a luxury stay in the heart of the Disneyland Resort…. You’ve found it.

Our family spent the last few days at Disney’s Grand Californian….a few steps from our hotel room door to the entrance to the Parks- we could sleep in later knowing we just needed to take an elevator to the 1st floor and walk in thru our private turnstiles.

But what I really can’t say enough about is the HOSPITALITY.
From the moment we drove up to the entrance, the Cast Member gave us the biggest welcome, told us exactly where to go next to get us checked in. We pulled up to the front and the next Cast Member greeted us by name and helped us out of our vehicle and loaded our bags up despite our room not being quite ready. Our car was parked for us and bags taken to bell services until our room was ready. Once our room was ready we headed up to relax and awaited our bags delivery- Just about 10 minutes from when we requested them be delivered. This cast member went above and beyond- loading my bag onto a valet and bringing all our bags into the room exactly where I wanted.
The same service was provided when we checked out- a wonderful cast member helped load everything up to send to bell services so we didn’t have to lug everything thru the hotel ourselves. What a time saver too!

How about the spa water at the pool or the delicious lunch we had poolside?? I cannot rave enough about my couscous salad!

These seem like a small things- but these things make your life easier and save time. It just makes sense that these things should help you and Make you want to return time after time.
