What I learned after testing positive for Covid in a foreign country:
1. You can't fly into the US with a positive test and getting a negative test can sometimes take weeks.
2. If you have the slightest idea that you may be positive take a home test.
3. If the home test is positive immediately go take a monitored official Covid test
4. 10 days after officially testing positive you can get a letter of recovery to fly back into the US, even though you may still be testing positive.

Nice 5 night cruise on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady. This cruise line is for 35-45 year olds who love food. Bar drinks are reasonably priced, especially beer. The hammock on the balcony is a wonderful change.

Just returned from Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun. Felt very safe and pampered the entire time. All staff wore a mask 100% of the time. Never saw staff even touch their mask. Had temperature taken every time before entering a restaurant. The number of restaurant tables were reduced. Hotel occupancy was ~30%. Offered hand sanitizer before getting a drink as well as "self serve" throughout the resort. Except for the sports bar at night guests were great about distancing.
Not crazy about our United flight. It was 100% full and masks were on except when eating or drinking. For a 2 hour flight I personally think people could do without eating and drinking.
